  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be informed if there are any significant delays.

Domestic Shipping (Within the UK)

We offer various shipping options across the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): Flat rate of £4.99.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Flat rate of £9.99.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £100.

All UK orders include a tracking number, so you can easily monitor your order’s progress from dispatch to delivery.

International Shipping (Outside the UK)

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries:

  • Standard International Shipping (5-10 business days): Flat rate of £14.99.
  • Free International Shipping: Available on orders over £200.

Please note that international delivery times can vary depending on customs procedures and local regulations. Cozy Cosmic Cove is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied upon arrival in your country.

Shipping to the EU

As we are based in the UK, there may be additional customs charges or VAT applicable for EU customers post-Brexit. These fees are determined by your local authorities and are not included in the cost of your order. Please check your country’s regulations regarding import charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to track your shipment until it arrives at your door. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work closely with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.
